Mahoganee has always had a love for fashion and personal artistry. It began in high school as she hand made her own clothes to suit her style. Having a mother who was a seamstress made it less of a challenge since there was always a sewing machine around. She left home to pursue fashion on a collegiate level but her love for music quickly took over. The love for fashion was still an important part of her life as a musician. She was drawn to vintage things again because of her mother, they shared a love for scarves and pins. Having acquired a job in the antique industry only made her passion for vintage things even stronger. As a performer, vintage clothing just seemed to be a perfect fit as they add to the stage ambiance. This has brought her to MVPs. 

 

As a creative thinker, Mahoganee was an intricate part as a visionary and visual designer for the (AFWLC) Africa Fashion Week LowCountry branding platform in 2015w. Through her design boutique "Allen Imagez" she designed the AFWLC Logo, website and all branding materials throughout the entire 2015 process. Mahoganee is also a renowned vocalist, recording artist, songwriter and youth educator-mentor with national and international credits to her name. With over 20 years of experience in her field, she evolves as a consummate personality. Mahoganee is sought to perform at numerous and reputable corporate, private, civic and community events with audiences of dignitaries and 21st century iCons. She has amassed a growing fan base and continually earns respect from her “age-peers” and her “age-seasoned” audiences.
